Brand new fear

I have a brand new fear whereby, i will be so cuak to go through the session and found out there is no movement on the scale...so far it will not increase but last week it didnt move.

So everymorning before the session starts, i will have cold feet and creating psycho drama in my head...sgt disturbing ok!

Tho i see some good result from it...

geez, gotta be stronger baybehhh...
